Katie Fitch

Katie Fitch is the Executive Director of the Picket Fence Foundation which focuses on the importance of integrating employment of adults with disabilities. Katie has directed three full stage musicals for the Penguin Project casting adults with disabilities in all main roles. She is a former small business owner of River City Music Therapy. Katie has a Master of Music Education from the University of Kansas and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Bradley University.
